Greg, a Notary Public, obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria in 2003, and was thereafter admitted to the Nigerian Bar. He commenced his career as an Associate Solicitor with Sigmund & Martin in 2006. He later joined the law firm of Karibi-Whyte & Co (which later became Kanyi Karibi-Whyte & Hastrup), where he honed his legal skills in his positions as Senior Associate, and Associate Partner. Member: Nigerian Bar Association.
Greg consults extensively on a wide range of investment issues for several multinational and national clienteles on Concession Acquisitions and Licensing, Marginal Field Farm-In Transactions, Strategic Alliances in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, Financing of Upstream Activities, Acquisition and Licensing of Vessels and other Marine Assets, Business Establishment and Foreign Investment Laws.
As an Oil, Gas, and Marine industry transaction, and regulatory and compliance specialist, Greg has conducted and participated in several due diligence exercises, commercial negotiations, and the drafting and reviewing of a wide range of contacts within the industry.
He also regularly advises on business startups, alternative business structures, and general company secretarial services.

Ken has extensive litigation and advocacy skills having handled cases from his early years of practice and conducted trials to a successful conclusion. He cuts his teeth in Civil, Criminal, Corporate, Commercial Litigation quite early and continues to expand his competence in that area.

Jonathan Aluju

Jonathan, LL.M. (Cantab), a Pegasus Scholar of the Inner Temple, London, graduated as the best graduating student in his class at the Nigerian Law School with a First Class Honours and also won the Nigerian Law School Star Prize.
Jonathan who currently practice in a Tier 1 commercial law firm in the country, had under the Pegasus program worked briefly with both the Erskine Chambers and Maitland Chambers both situated in London.
Jonathan has practiced law for twelve years and has extensive experience in Syndicated Lending, Asset Financing and Debt Capital market issues have demonstrated a keen and avid ability in the negotiation, drafting and handling of specialized transactions which relate to Project Finance, Acquisitions, Credit and Securities Law, Corporate Finance, Asset-Backed Financing, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mergers and Acquisition.
